We are currently Hiring for Spa manager
The Spa Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding that service. He or she will build a strong team of intuitive, capable, and responsible therapists with excellent customer service skills; provide Spa services in a professional, clean, safe, and relaxing environment; and conduct efficient proactive management of all department related operations.
Provides strong leadership with excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Hires and trains all Spa team members
Develops and maintains an adequate staffing plan and schedule to meet member needs
Conducts periodic meetings with team members
Conducts annual evaluations for team members
Creates and leads a team that has a strong service oriented approach to their daily work
Creates a culture in which the team members feel and exhibit urgency to satisfy members
Creates and maintains a regular proactive cleaning schedule for the Spa
Ensures that team members are in proper acac uniform at all times
Leads by example in respect to acac’s expectations about safety, member engagement, and uniform
Approves payroll and submits approval to Payroll manager by requested deadline
Collaborates with HR team to ensure new team members have provided appropriate new hire paperwork
Ensures new team members attend an acac Launch
Ensures team is current in CPR/AED certifications

 Requirements

 Experience: 3 years
Secondary certificate
Establishes and operates within an accurate budget for the department
Strives to increase gross and net revenue year-to-year
